Metadata

Metadata describe resources, but also facilitate finding and discovering the resources they describe. GECCo’s metadata are provided in CMDI (Component MetaData Infrastructure) format over the OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) protocol to enable automatic harvesting by the VLO (Virtual Language Observatory).

CMDI metadata

Metadata in CMDI format describing OBC 2.0 can be found here: hdl:11858/00-246C-0000-0023-8CFA-4.

Virtual Language Observatory

OBC 2.0’s metadata can be also found at the VLO. Metadata for other resources provided by the Universität des Saarlandes CLARIN-D Zentrum are also available at the VLO.
