...travel by bus: Bus routes 102 or 124 run by the Saartal Bus Company (to "Dudweiler-Dudoplatz" or "Uni-Campus") will take you from Saarbrücken Central Station to "Universität Campus", the conference site on campus. For more detailed information, please refer to the Saarbrücken Bus Timetables.
...go by taxi: A Taxi from Central Station to the Campus will be about 15 €. You will find taxis in front of the station or call +49 (0)681 33033.
Money
The official currency in Germany is the Euro (€). Most teller machines work with foreign bank or credit cards.
You will find a teller machine on campus, a few minutes walk away from the conference site on the left side of building A5 4 (see the campus map).
Things to do in Saarbrücken
You should not miss the market square St. Johanner Markt with its various cafés, bars and restaurants. You can sit outside and enjoy a warm summer night.
The Saarland State Theater is situated by the river Saar, close to the market square St. Johann. There are also various Cinemas.
